An Idea a Day…

Feed your mind fuel your life“Ideas can be life-changing. Sometimes all you need to open the door is just one more good idea.” ~Jim Rohn

We all could use some ideas…great ideas…to spark us into our best creative self; to get ahead in our jobs, to kickstart new innovative businesses, to build important relationships to blossom, to break some die-hard habits, to write or paint masterpieces, to earn to become multi-millionaires, to excel in sports, to succeed in many endeavors, to achieve our dreams and enjoy our life to the full.

Your Brilliant Mind = Your Brilliant Life

We all heard of the classical quote mens sana in corpore sano (a healthy mind in a healthy body). I also believe that a brilliant mind can make a brilliant life.

What do I mean by ‘brilliant’?

By ‘brilliant mind’, I do not mean a smart Alec who thinks he knows everything and constantly achieve super-high scores in every Mensa IQ test. What I mean is one who recognizes the need to be ever-growing and flexible with an open attitude to continual learning and self-improvement. Someone who puts enormous amount of energy into his great ideas and take massive action to create the life that he wants. Someone who wouldn’t quit when knocked down, and gets up with new great ideas, new plans and take new actions to achieve his desired outcomes.

I believe in constantly engaging and empowering our inner states to be victors, instead of victims of life circumstances. When we think we have ‘no option’, we’ve to realize there’s always an option; we always have a choice. We just have to reach deep into our inner resourcefulness to find the solution to make the change. That’s true mental fitness; how we can find the resourcefulness to solve and put our life puzzles together to fit the big picture. And the ultimate fitness is when we’re strong enough to help others and contribute to a bigger cause than our own.

Why this Blog?

I’m an avid reader, and has been self-improving my life since I was a child. I aim to gather many of my good ideas and share it here in my blog. I have good fortune in coming across a few great personalities in my personal growth. I’ve also formed my learning and life philosophies through reading and listening to many great gurus like Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Stephen Covey, Tony Buzan and many others.

I’ll try to write down my thoughts as often as I can. I hope my readers can enjoy and benefit from my writings and reviews. Please do share and reciprocate many ideas.

Feed your mind, fuel your life. A fit mind makes a fit life!
